I was prepared to make an offer on a fixer upper house this past Tuesday but it went under contract with someone else on Monday. So I missed out on that one. Still looking for a house to fix and flip or rent. Figure I need to create my own job again. I seem to be well qualified for only a small handful of jobs. Concrete or entry level engineering. Not stoked to go back to the 40 hour work week. So trying to get self employed again.

Rode yesterday at Lair of the Bear. 13 miles of somewhat rolling trail. Good speed sections, but not too technical. Pam below.

Pam.
Trying to add all the excitement that I can. I don't know why, but I always seem to hold my breath and puff out my cheeks when ever I do something on my bike. Doug has some pictures showing the same. I don't notice it til I see it in the pics.
Here, I feel that they over paved this part of the trail. It looks like Mark and Brian made a visit here. Pam walked it, I only was able to clean the fist half of it. Here in CO the dirt is so dry that on a lot of trails the rock are covered with a dirt/dust layer and make them pretty slick. Probably due to so many riders but not really enough trails considering.
Jay at Apex. He managed to fall off the low side of the trail on a climb and bloodied up his knee in the first 20 minutes.
Enchanted Forest.
In my family, we seem to be able to talk each other into doing many stupid things. Like trying out the new dog shock collar.
Yup, I did it too. But we only took it to 3, that was enough, we will never make it on any show with Jonny Knoxville. I am ok with that.
Karly, the niece.
Lane, Nephew. He was more than happy to pose for at least 5 different shots of this. He seems to be good at it.
